I really enjoyed this book but would like to view the bonus material as it states there are workout plans to follow, I have searched for the web address provided in the audio book but it says the page has been moved or deleted. Does anyone know how I can get the bonus material ?

This book gives a word of wisdom about everything identifying with lifting weights. it additionally contains a rundown of what to do and what no to do in nutrition.then it gives you complete designs for compelling lifting weights. this is an incredible book and I​ truly excited to have it. I would like to adhere to the dinner plans and to the framework I chose to pursue.

Very well written, effective bodyweight training text that I don't think should be limited to men. Any woman could easily do these exercises. Exercises have full color photos and detailed explanations. There is a full workout program near the end you can follow along with..
