brilliant
I found Craig, Lovely to listen too. I've listen to it twice. i dont feel alone or a failure anymore in my quest to be a better mother to my children and wife to my wonderful husband.

Definitely worth a read
Really good book. Highly recommend iv also listened to his hypnosis and although early days I feel a significant Shift in how I think and feel about wine

Powerful and works!
After my first listen to this audiobook I am on Day 49 of no alcohol and have no desire to drink, even in places like pubs and other social situations. This is after years of ‘trying’ to cut back.

Enlightened
First time I think I get it after 25 years of trying to cut out or cut back. Shifting the paradigm is what resonates with me, the thought of missing out on such a celebratory drink was difficult until the glamour is taken out of it and you treat it for what it is, dirty poison, messed with to taste ok enough to drink it.
Going to listen all over again and again and see if this is the one that helps for good.

Brilliant

Such a powerful re-education of alcohol!!
This book really is incredible at re-educating you about what you thought you knew about drinking alcohol. Thank you to Craig Beck for sharing this! It’s completely inspired and encouraged me to never drink again without any concern that I won’t enjoy certain experiences. Birthdays and Christmases will never be the same - just better!!

Opened my eyes
This is a great book so educational, so good that I’m going to listen to it again. My narrative is changing towards alcohol as not something I’m missing but without it I’m gaining. I don’t even drink much, I’m a light weight I was just getting fed up with it and even though I was fed up with it my mind still had chat to try and pursued me otherwise. That ego is being squashed. I know Craig said don’t preach to others but I have shared amazing facts from this book, which have surprised my family. Read it and read it again!!! Going to check the website out now.

must have for those who are looking to leave booze in the past
