The description makes you believe you will be able to cut down your alcohol intake. He clearly mentions that this is impossible.

not as good as "alcohol lied to me"
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
That craig Beck wrote about something he havent writen before. This is just a copy of alcohol lied to me. I was expecting something new.
What didn’t you like about Craig Beck’s performance?
That is was nothing but repeats.

The information in this bock is brilliant for a person who have not read his other books. Its a scam to sell a book with repeats like this without letting people know in advance. Didn't think he was do hungry for money.
