A simple message, clearly put. Fair bit of repetition, however with enough variation on the theme to keep you interested. I will surprised that I was able to listen to almost all the book without feeling bored. Only lost interest towards the end of a book where it dealt with the idiosyncrasies of the American governmental system; being a non-American I didn’t find that totally relevant to me.Subject is dealt with pretty technically but explained clearly for the non-experts. In all, compelling enough for me to make significant changes to my diet. Job done.

I've been vegan for almost three years for the wellbeing of the animals and environmental reasons, this book has given me one more very important reason my and loved ones wellbeing, always found difficult to explain and also tell with certainty the benefits of whole foods plant based diet, now for sure I will be a better advocate of it and try to help spread the message as much as possible!
