This is very powerful. A veritable mine of information. Read chapter 6 before you eat any more plants. Its so packed with science and jaw-dropping evidence you need to listen to it a few times. Still sceptical? Listen to Prof Tim Noakes in Real Food on Trial. Chapter's 17 & 18 are absolutely mind blowing. (PS I have no connection with either of these authors).

The accompanying pdf file is not complete with the first 12 chapters missing. Ive contacted audible about this and are awaiting response. Otherwise great and inspiring book
