This is very powerful. A veritable mine of information. Read chapter 6 before you eat any more plants. Its so packed with science and jaw-dropping evidence you need to listen to it a few times. Still sceptical? Listen to Prof Tim Noakes in Real Food on Trial. Chapter's 17 & 18 are absolutely mind blowing. (PS I have no connection with either of these authors).

As a doctor myself, I can't explain how important this book is. Most people need to read this, ASAP, not only to benefit themselves, but for the entire world to benefit. Big corporate/pharmaceutical companies need to be accountable for their atrocities over the past 100 years. This is THE diet/lifestyle for humans.

Very interesting, although he does throw a lot of scientific terms, which when listening can send you into a spin to try and understand. Would love the opportunity to try the diet though. Going to read more on it first.

I loved this book. I cannot admit to understanding a lot of the science in it but it gives you an overall understanding of how the human body works, and gives you more than enough information as to decide if you want to give this radical diet a go.
I did & continue a carnivorish diet and my gut health has improved immensely. Thanks Paul
