The entire world needs to read this. Now.
As a doctor myself, I can't explain how important this book is. Most people need to read this, ASAP, not only to benefit themselves, but for the entire world to benefit. Big corporate/pharmaceutical companies need to be accountable for their atrocities over the past 100 years. This is THE diet/lifestyle for humans.

well I really enjoyed the listen,
I like Paul saladino MD, although he's very straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush, he makes some very valid points, enough for me to try a carnivore diet to try and sort out some of my own problems, so far it seems to be working quite well. great book, great information

Fascinating and informative
I really enjoyed this book. The level of detail was excellent all backed up with science and good quality studies.
The author clearly has a passion for the subject and this comes across in his reading of the book. Highly recommended.

I probably should have give it only 4 stars
At times the book is vague and inaccurate but nothing outrageous. Brings interesting studies to attention when accurate. Narration is cheesy most of the time but luckily limited only to beginning of the chapters. However, it is an important voice balancing the prevailing 'go plant based' narrative.

Will change the way you view nutrition
Game changing book. Challenges all the current mainstream dietary recommendations and dogma. if you are not thriving on your current nutrition practices then it is a must read.
