Straight Talking Information
I have been studying the property business for over 2 years now in readiness for becoming an investor. There is a lot of information out there that is simply a sales funnel into very expensive training courses. This is not that. I listened to Peter's earlier book "All About Buy To Let Mortgages" prior to this and this continues in the same way: No nonsense, straight-talking experience from someone who seems to be without ego or any heavy bias towards any easy sell strategy. This book overlaps some of the info in All About Buy to Let, but still is very much worth a listen. There is guidance in the book which you will not find elsewhere, and I would recommend it to anyone looking into the property business. It is mainly information on standard buy to let strategies, from where it seems Peter's experience lies - and also some pension info which I will be listening to again.

Speed and detail were great. Simple but not too simple as he describes is best, comprehensive explanations
