The best property related audiobook so far!
I cannot find the words how I'm glad I started to listen this audiobook. Extremaly informative, with good dose of humour and showing of whole philosophy of investing in the properties and in the same time being a investor not full time landlord with hundreds of problems. I fully recommend this title to anyone!

Brilliant listen, full of useful information
I bought this as a paperback but never got round to finding the time to read it. I'm really glad I got the audio book as it's full of great insight and useful information. It's made the king weekly drives incredibly productive! The narration is also great and makes it very engaging. Couldn't recommend enough (and have actually sent the details to a lot of friends already!)

Motivation and Knowledge
Having listened to a few of the books from this stable they are all of quality to aid listeners to get a broad knowledge.
Additionally there is plenty of reality for the over confident, but the ambitious can find action they can take to obtain their goals.
I would recommend this book, it stands alone not just as part of a series from the authors

Brilliant book
I have listened to too many books on Property but this book form Rob and Mark is exceptional, it goes on much depth and I would recommend it to someone that is new and only had a dream and other investors that done things on their way in the past.

A good place to start

Excellent intro in to property investment!
The two guys Rob & Mark make something that on the face of it seems difficult, very easy! They have made this step by step, easy to follow process which makes so much sense! I am now ready for my first BTL equipped with a clear structure and process 👌🏽
