Content and structure spot on and have some very thought provoking points. Only downside was I wasn’t keen on the voice narrating it, much prefer when Rob narrates his own books.

I've been contemplating mentorship and coaching for a while now and I am sure many new investors can relate too this. I'm aware of 'no money down' strategies etc but still wanted to keep as much of my capital for unforeseen 'challenges' and contingencies. Now my mindset has shifted!! After reading Rob Moore's 'Life Leverage' and the 4th edition of 44secrets I now understand the important a of educating yourself and a lot of the questions that have been going around in my head and frustrating me were answered in those two books......a sub £20 investment!

If you want to get educated and prosper in property, this book is a must. GET IT NOW!!!

What made the experience of listening to The 44 Most Closely Guarded Property Secrets the most enjoyable?

This is the first book I've come across that covers so much information on property in such a concise way. The feel of the book is great like their other books!!

What did you like best about this story?

I liked to concise format of the book. It's no nonsense and is present in a way that is hard for me to lose concentration. That's a hard thing to accomplish with me!!

The entire book.
