I was worried this book would be either over simplified or too complicated, but it was neither: it was just right! Everything is explained in very simple terms but at the same time super detailed. It brought up a lot of things to consider and information I never thought about.

This book is very detailed, It discusses many ways to invest, whether you want a rental property or a property to buy and sell. As each possibility is discussed the author compares the pros and cons of whether to buy a residential or commercial property. Also the pros and cons of renting while living on the property or off the property. And the pros and cons of many different ways of buying and selling. The author gives many reference websites and places such as Craigslist to gather information. If you plan on getting into real estate investing, I highly recommend this book.
