Continually impressed...

I’m always continually impressed with everything I read by Jon Gordon. What’s more, I reaffirms my belief that when you love, serve and care not only will you impact the people you serve but the people who serve your customers.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who works on a team but is an individual contributor too!

Very Repetitive

After reading the headings and the first paragraph of each section, the rest of it is just repetition. Feels like as the book goes on it just supplies examples and Repeats everything said earlier in the book.

Excellent read on team culture

Jon is at it again. I’ve liked just about all of his audiobooks and this was one of the best. Made so many annotations and am thankful for this good book. I feel it’ll help improve my small business’s culture and team dynamics. Thanks.
