It’s an easy listening of a series of quotes basically arranged around the concept of learning from nature. It’s ok.

I found this book to be very inspiring and I resonated with most of the content, it was like an eye opening moment in most of the chapters. I really enjoyed this bite sized book, it's not too long which I liked as some books take days to finish whereas this book it was done in one go so its all fresh in your head.

Stephen Covey is a stalwart of the self-help world so this is a book full of good old-fashioned advice, no gimmicks. Don't let the narration cat the very start put you off as is not robot-esq for long. As it's a short read is recommend it to anyone interested in self-help. It was also included in the subscription so was effectively free
