Great food preservation tips
We have been growing fruits and vegetables in the garden this year and wanted to understand how they could be preserved. It was great to have simple tips on the equitment needed to preserve food, and more importantly, how to follow food safety methods. There were lots of lovely receipes included to try out once you have mastered the different methods of pressure canning and water bath canning. All in all, it was a nice introduction to the topic of canning in general.

Excellent book to buy
I found this book very detailed, organised, clear and easy to understand. It is filled with loads of recipes which I look forward to trying out immediately. Highly recommended.

Awesome Guide!
This is a very interesting and useful audiobook, I've been wanting to can my own fruits and this audiobook is an excellent guide. I've learned about the two types of canning and when to use which. I was really interested in the fruit recipes and the pickle recipes. Book comes with awesome tips! I really learned a lot, thanks to this book! I can't wait to come to work with my own canned fruits or pickles and tell them that I canned them myself!

I cannot wait to open my first can!
You cannot get it wrong even if you are completely clueless to begin with since the book is very detailed, organised, clear and easy to understand! :) Many awesome tips! Also, it contains a lot of recipe ideas, which I can't wait to try.
Anyway, I am happy I learned another clever method of preserving our precious fruits of labour. And that I won't have to waste food anymore!.. Plus, I'm kinda excited to put this newly learned wisdom into action and tap tap my shoulder as I open my first can.

Excellent canning guide
This is a great audiobook with easy-to-follow advice and tips about food canning. I loved the step by step instructions and was also impressed by the comprehensive range of canning recipes. I definitely now want to start canning and preserving food myself. Highly recommend.

Great introduction to canning!
I have recently got interested in different food preservation methods, I have mess about with dehydrating fruits and veg, making my own jerky etc, but had not come across canning methods like this so it was a bit of an eye opener. The books takes things from step one, assuming no prior knowledge and goes through two methods of canning, great fun to try something different and add to my repertoire :)
