Before we continue, I just want to say one thing to my loyal listeners: If you suffer from shyness, don't be ashamed. It is a common phobia that everyone has. I had it when I was a kid, and until about two years ago I was shy when talking to people. After reflecting on my life experiences and structuring myself through the tips I will share in this book, I overcame being shy. I now stand before you able to share my story. I wrote this book so you can benefit from my journey.
