There are a lot of good examples and realistic scenarios to learn from. It's not easy to get something this simple right in reality but in the weeks since I finished the book I have found my relationship with my kids much better. Most importantly I'm not always coming across as angry or against them. I am very grateful for this book, simple!

I found the contents very useful and I will be trying hard to follow the advice. the narrator however was, as was said in numerous other reviews, quite difficult to listen to. I would however recommend it to all parents!
