A very empowering book with lots of easy to do, useful ideas for leading a happier, more fulfilling life. Well worth a listen.

A great listen

I had previosuly attended a sales training course based on the 7 habits and it literally changed my entire percepeption of life. The book (and the bible!) is a must read for anyone who really wants to understand who they are and make positive changes in their lives. If you're looking for a quick-fix, don't read it, because it does not offer 'implement now' solutions to any problems. It rather helps you to focus on that which is truly important in life and offers and insight into the reasons behind why you face the challenges you do. I honestly believe that if we all mastered these 7 habits and focussed on God, the world would be a better place!

Brillant Book!

This is a good book but I have enjoyed others in the same sector far more. I would recommend it but there are others that I would read first.

Good book

Over the last 18 months I have listened to this book 3 times and each time I learn and remember something new. I now want to buy the hard copy to read it.

It is beautifully written, and easy to listen to unravelling stories and explanations of human thought, interactions and behaviour.

I cannot recommend this book more highly. If you are looking to reflect on your own life journey and make it more productive this book will help you understand how your responses and actions influence every aspect of your relationship with life.

Wonderfully thought provoking

There are sections you feel already align with your daily life and then sections you realise you lack development, it kind of unfolds on itself over and over and takes you by the hand through some very clever examples. A great read, I will definitely be reading it more than twice.

Deeply insightful and though provoking
