Unfortunately Disappointed

On purchasing I’d hoped for more insight into CBT only to find “please seek Medical Professional “ were the only mentions. Whilst the Mindfulness and Meditation were very helpful. Found also very repetitive teamed together with narration in style of a movie tag line which I thought was very unemotional.
