A very informative listen
Very informative and written in an easy to understand way. Many tips to try, a few i have tried already and they DO work. Thanks to the author for releasing this as an audiobook, with a wonderful narrator who was easy to listen to, a beautiful listen all round.

Very helpful with some very good examples.
Dealing with panic attacks to a lesser degree now but still working on anxiety, I did purchase the book. It was well written and has a story that can help explain or get that point of view over to help the reader which he does very well. I like to have this on audio as it helps me tune in quickly when I am travelling and re-enforces what I read. I go to some areas specifically that I still need to manage better. Recommended.

Stacked with key info
This is such a good audiobook. Its so well read and so well structured. It gives techniques and methods to reduce anxiety and stop panic attacks, research knowledge and case studies of people who have had and reduced their anxiety. It gives an 'all needed' manual. The narrator has a great, easy to listen to voice.
