This opens up so much knowledge when it comes to understanding anxious kids and helping them.

Finding out what causes them anxiety is the key. Encouraging conversations with children can help.

Consistency is key, open neutral communication is essential and asking open-ended questions can be more effective.

A friend who is a stressed-out mother was intrigued when I mentioned this book as a coach; it comes up with clients.

In this book, I was able to get a deeper understanding of what they're experiencing.

Furthermore, this book has some interesting parts, like how social media affects children and their anxiety, yet it's so hard to control because it's so accessible.

A must-listen for anyone wanting a better understanding of anxiety.

Having worked in an educational setting for most of my adult life. I can appreciate that recent events and times have created the most trying anxieties in children unable to understand and can magnify adults' own anxieties and then become anxious. This book addresses what you can do to minimize your child's fears that can take them through as they continue to develop and that can be used throughout their lives.

Useful for these trying times

A fantastic find. It's a fine line sometimes between gently pushing your child when they are just not ready and let them opt out when they would benefit from pushing their own boundaries. This book gives a balanced approach and gives useful tips of what to say and what not to say to your child and to generally cope with a child that is anxious. Excellent reading.
