"Raising Healthy Children" is an absolute must-read for any parent seeking to navigate the challenging, yet rewarding journey of parenting. The author meticulously guides the reader through strategies and tips for raising physically and mentally healthy children.

The section on how early health contributes to lifelong health is a wake-up call for any parent. It's clear that prioritizing a child's health has far-reaching implications for their development, and the author does an excellent job explaining this concept. Plus the tips on creating a balanced eating plate for kids and dealing with picky eaters are nothing short of invaluable. The emphasis on the right amount of macronutrients and micronutrients puts into perspective just how important nutrition is for growing children.

The book also addresses the essentiality of sleep for children's growth and provides easy-to-follow guidelines for healthy sleep habits based on age. It's a straightforward approach that I believe many parents will find incredibly useful.

This is little corker of a book. Well done the author. If ever you needed to know why you should raise healthy children then chapter one at the beginning of the book is for you. As a young father myself I thought it would beneficial to get this book and I am so glad a did. The tips and tricks contained in this book are amazing. Its more than a parenting book its almost like a science lesson and that is clear from off something I was not expecting and something that stands this book out. Moving on I think chapter four was my favorite. Its all about discipline. There is many methods of discipline and this chapter goes into them all. Pay attention to the 5 styles described in this chapter. I know I will be implementing these idea to my father/child relationship. The book is very well narrated in my opinion and sounds very professional. Kudos Indeed.

This gentle guide on parenting brings all the important aspects of parenting to the forefront, raises our awareness, offers guidance and some comfort on one of the biggest, most important and toughest job in the world, Parenting.

As a relatively new parent, I am grateful for resources like these to help us learn something that we somehow feel like we will naturally just figure out.... but we don't have to, and that isn't necessarily the best. We figure we can parent from the experience of being parented, and so too did their parents, their grandparents... and their great grandparents...

Raising Healthy Children, Nine Steps to Parenting Confident Children takes the "winging it" out of the equation and helps up to develop healthing parenting styles and habits... and not only will it help you to raise a healthy child, but advocates for you to be a healthy parent too. The tone of the book was gentle and informative. I felt guided and not instructed, and my inner child appreciates that. Both the narrator and the author sis a good job.
