Great Book!

An Interesting take on an Age old practice

A very interesting listen. I especially appreciated the chapters on sleep and nutrition. I feel like these are ignored or glossed over topics and yet so, so important for a happy home and a healthy child. The narrator was easy to listen to and the book flew by. I will be listening to several chapters again.

Nutrition, education, celebration, exercise, sleep, and handling illness are just some of the many topics covered in the well-rounded and well-done audiobook. The author knows how to produce happy kids...balance in all things is the key. These things are made much easier to deliver when one has a happy, healthy partner with honest, open communication. I must add the narrator was pleasant to listen to as well. -As a mom for over 20 years...I recommend this audiobook!

Lot's of great suggestions

Following the suggestions in this book will not only help you raise healthy kids, but maintain your own life and sanity. How many new parents do you know that don't follow a strict sleeping schedule, and their lives are upside down? This one simple point is thoroughly covered and an easy way to get on the right path. A real game changer!

My niece is the fussiest eater I know. All she wants to eat is sugar and unfortunately, my siblings have not instilled good eating habits into her routine. It's an ongoing issue and I think that education is a huge factor to why they haven't managed to turn that corner with her. This audiobook could make all the difference!

The author clearly has such a vast wealth of knowledge and the narrator keeps you engaged the whole time. The chapters are so well laid out and it's exactly what my siblings need to help change their eating habits. The chapters on A New Look At Discipline, Proper Nutrition and Educating Your Child really spoke to me. There is a great deal of focus on macro and micronutrients and also dealing with picky eaters which is will be so helpful going forward. The importance of exercise and sleep are also emphasised very clearly.

For any parent looking to give their child the best start in life in terms of nutrition then this is the book for you!
