All the parents with teenagers need to read this book. Let’s face it parenting a teenager is hard and I know I am not alone in this. I’m thankful I found this book. This provided me with so many tips and suggestions on how to handle all the hard challenges. It is easy to yell and get upset with your teen, but this book teaches us how to move forward with the fear have better communication, and focus on building a strong relationship. Thank you for all the advice. I will keep this book close by whenever I need some help and support. I highly recommend this book to all teen parents.

This is a must have book if you're a parent of a teenager. These years do not need to be terrifying and actionable insights from this guide can make your life much easier. I liked that advices are doable even for busy full-time working parent because author compiled them from speaking with other parents and her own personal experience. I already tried couple methods and I can assure that they work to help to cope with everyday conflicting problems of teenager parenting. The most I enjoy a calmer and more positive environment at home. Get this guide, it will make your life much easier and will help you to avoid most common mistakes.

As I enter this next chapter in my parenting journey, I appreciated the research, insights, and advice in this book. It is a fantastic way to ensure that you don't find yourself saying the same unhelpful remarks as your parents did! I especially appreciated the list of the most annoying things that parents do so that I can ensure that I continue working on not doing these things with my teens. The hardest part for me is to lecture less and listen more. This book is highly recommended.

This is a great book about parenting teens because I understand how difficult teen life is and sometimes it may be a struggle for parents to raise their teens in the way they want them to be to have a good relationship with their parents. Each teenager is different in their ways, but they also have a brain that they still need to develop to have a good relationship and not a bad one. If parents need an advice on how to raise their teens without common mistakes, then I would recommend listening to this audiobook.

Very well written book I must day. This is perfect for parents, especially for those who has there first children and getting on their teenage years. A guide that will help them to be the best parents they could be, help them understand their teenage son and daughters more, those who are in the path to puberty especially. And I agree that having a positive and calm environment is the best for every home. They will learn the best thing in home. This book has a great narration and content, this is a must have!

This was an excellent book to listen to and the authors seem very well researched and experienced.

The book is jam-packed with strategies and tips for effective parenting and I feel a far more confident parent in dealing with a range of issues teens present.

The book covers, teen development, common everyday issues, self-reflection, dealing with problems, handling consequences, building relationships and much much more.

I highly recommend this book to anyone with teens and kids in general as you will learn a lot, have better relationships and improve your parenting styles. It is great for teachers, guardians and anyone else handling teens too.

I will continue to use this book as a guide to help me through my kid’s journey to adult life.

Being a lecturer, I deal with teenagers on a daily basis. I'm very interested in how todays teenagers see the modern world and how to communicate with them to forge better relationships. The audiobook starts by questions parenting styles and self reflection. It then goes onto day to day struggles and logical and effective ways to deal with conflict with your teenagers. I really love the emphasis on family values and coming together to build stronger relationships with each other. The methods given are very powerful and I can see myself using some of these, particularly from chapter 6 when deal with conflicts. I really think parents will benefit from this!

As a parent of a teen I always wonder if my 14 year old daughter is happy and content with life. It can be hard to get her to open up about some things so I was glad when I was recommended this audio book. Learning how to manage conflict when we have a disagreement has helped us get past these events quickly and smoothly without having any major fall outs. The little changes I've introduced so far have definitely had a positive impact on our relationship. Loved the style of this book and how the information was presented. I would 100% recommend this book to other parents.
