explained in the simplest way possible

The book is well-narrated and explained in the simplest way possible. I was hesitant to get this at first since I knew nothing about Keto and yet, here I am just finished the book. There are lots and lots of new information I learned about the origins of this diet and how to get started with it. Thanks for the shopping list and the meal plan. Helped a lot!

happy to know I can stick with 20 net carbs/day

A worth-while listen. Even for beginners like me, everything is discussed in Layman's terms. The book first talked about what is Ketogenic diet, how it works and how to get started. Then gave the shopping list and the one week meal plan.
I'm happy to know that I can keep within the 20 net carbs per day with this. Recipes are mostly less than 15 minutes.

has week-long meal plan and even foods to stock up

I go into different diet every time I regain weight. I understand that the standard Keto diet aims to lower the carbs while increasing the fat intake. It is more a lifestyle choice and needs to be consistent in order to have long term results. This book provides a week-long meal plan and even foods to stock up on and what to avoid. Great deal!

in the morning tush, these recipes fits the bill

Perfectly narrated cookbook. I don't usually listen to cookbook, most of us prefer seeing the recipes from a paper. It feels different hearing the ingredients. The narrator is slow enough so I can listen to the ingredients and the recipes well. Most recipes are very easy and are done in just a few minutes.

Would recommend to people who are always busy

I honestly think this is the only keto recipe book that I need. Would recommend to people who are always busy and have a hard time keeping up with their diet. Since keto is more of a lifestyle, it pays to have all the necessary ingredients in the pantry so cooking time will be so much easier.

Has the recipes needed for a quickie keto food. The book has a quick intro about Keto too to benefit those readers who have not read yet about the basic of Keto diet. I bookmarked a lot of recipes. Two thumbs up for the nice selection of healthy and easy to cook foods.
