It is explained more like a text book and offers in depth learning for someone wanting more than just the basics. I find many bee and gardening books to be frustratingly simple and seemingly geared towards children's books so this was exactly what I was hoping for.

The female voice gave justice to the book. I find it easier to grasp the whole content of a guide when I listen to the book rather than read it. The whole concept of beekeeping is done in an hour and a half. Pretty good time span to keep me interested. Learned a lot from it!
