There is an occasional recipe with an obscure ingredient and I can usually make a substitution. Since your body uses the glucose as the primary source of energy, your fats have no immediate use and therefore the body stores them.

Good Basic Keto info but if you want the recipes you are going to have to write them down as there is no PDF file with them included. This is less about the author and what she provided vs. what is included with the Audible download.
