This book really helps me

This book really helps me and some of my closest friends. It reminds you that you have to take things one day at a time and how important it is to work on the small/simple things first and not to try to take on the whole world at once. After a stressful day, this audiobook is just the place to calm your mind.

Nice

I have been doing cognitive behavioral meditation by myself for years and it helped a little but not much because I kept attacking and analyzing my thoughts and kept on falling into the same holes when I read this book and did the headspace app everything connected and I found calmness as I watched my thoughts act out their little drama. All and all this book is a game changer to be sure.

wonderfully relaxing

wonderfully structured

This audio book is wonderfully structured so that it can be listened straight through, used for reference, This audio book gives a much deeper understanding of what meditation is supposed to be about and how to better approach it.
