Ruined at the end!

Great for relaxation, helped me to sleep and feel less anxious...until ridiculously loud THIS IS AUDIBLE at the end woke me up with a terrible shock and off I went again, heart pounding wide awake!! Really...?

Excellent! Really helpful.

It helped me to have a really good, deep night's sleep and view life a lot better during the day. However, the voice at the end 'This is a book by Audible' wakes me up nearly every time. Fortunately, I soon went back to sleep though.

Really helpful however...

Why does the women have to speak at the end waking you up...when the book has just assisted you to get to sleep..she mentions it all at the beginning...very frustrating

Really?

At the end of the audiobook when you are nice and relaxed the audio gets significantly louder and a woman literally shouts out the credits. This rips you out of your relaxed state undoing the goal of this audiobook to leave you in a chilled out state. The production team must have had their head in the clouds or a lack of empathy with the listener.

my absolute favorite

out of all the anti-anxiety books I've read and listened too, this one is my favorite. it does actually help me forget what I'm thinking about and just drift off into sleep with it playing loud in my dark room at night. I've suffered from anxiety since 2008 and I've never been able to combat it til I found this. now even the meds helped. thank you so much.

Excellent hypnotherapy listen

I really enjoy listening to this when heading to sleep or if I need to calm down and can pull this out. His voice is soothing and the more times I listen the quicker I calm down.

My only gripe is the narrator comes back in after being silent for a while and it startles me every time. Also, the end of the book announces the Audible message and will wake me up if I was a sleep. That might be a benefit for some people.

Joel has a ton of different books on Audible. I'm trying out the 8hr version next.

Relax while you sleep!

What made the experience of listening to Stop Panic Attacks and Anxiety, Calm Nerves with Hypnosis, Meditation, Relaxation, and Affirmations the most enjoyable?

A great way to learn to relax while you sleep. Highly recommend.
