I've been struggling with anxiety for a long time and this was very helpful, informative and relevant to listen to. I truly recommend this book so you can understand how you can get out of your head and overcome this.

A must read for anyone suffering with anxiety or panic attacks and not the usual waffle I found in other books,
I knew this was the book for me within the first few minutes, I was able to totally relate to what the author was saying, it felt as though this book had been written for me. It has helped me so much to control my thoughts, get my head straight and find some inner peace. I wish I had found this book earlier, I will definately be looking for more books from this author

I loved that this was written from experience...a comprehensive guide on how to massively improve your situation if you deal with anxiety, enough to take in here to last a while. It really deals with anxiety face on and when in situations rather than only hypothetically or in terms of trying to manage when to be in those situations in the first place. Excellent read and I'd recommend to anyone who deals with anxiety.
