What a fantastic and well-written book, perfect for teens and parents! Speaks from the perspective of a teen which is refreshing. The author provides inspiring stories throughout the book about their own struggles and that of others, and how they've overcome feelings of low self-esteem and social anxiety, which makes it so relatable and easy to connect. Filled with tips on how to build your teen's sense of self-worth and confidence, tips for dealing with bullies, and peer pressure. Highly recommend it for teens and parents alike!

These 2 books are perfect for teens that have social problems, or confidence problems. In reality that is probably most of the teens out there because it is such a confusing and crazy time in their lives as they try and figure out who they are. These two books are very well structured and can help teens build a better more secure foundation.

In Your Powerzone proved to be more than I anticipated. The author does a great job of laying out easy-to-follow, simple-to-follow tools, and resources for teenagers to implement. The author also seems to understand the complexities of the teenager and the emotional upheaval they face.

Recently I find myself shaking and tremoring when I am about to speak in front of a small group. I do not understand how this came to be as I was used to speaking on a stage in my teenage years and early 20s….. I basically developed social anxiety somehow. But no matter what is the reason I needed to deal with this; hence I binge-listen to audiobooks of this sort…

This audiobook is well-written and enthusiastically narrated. I must say, although this is for teens, it has really helped me a LOT.
Moreover, I appreciate the reassurance it gives that being introverted like me is awesome, and I do not need to correct my being. This audiobook offers a lot more than you might expect.

So many issues here that so many people are suffering with and are challenged with. Anxiety is such a big one that is causing so many people to feel so alone and is affecting their lives in such a debilitating way. This is an awesome book to help you build your self-confidence, help you understand what’s going on and how to rise to a new level and face life. Tons of tips to help you on your journey. I love the self-appreciation exercises, such an important way to help improve. Very good book!
