Unlike lots of sales books with vague wishy washy info, this contains lots of exact tactics and systems to follow.

The information is best suited if you sell to individuals or small to medium businesses with a short sales cycle.

it's helped me figure out my sales process, particularly when to send the written proposal, which is why I bought this book after reading Matt's first book.

However, the first part of this book about business growth, while helpful, seemed out of place.

Also, all the acronyms started to get annoying after a while haha but I suppose they're necessary!
