Summary

Enlightening

A wonderful way to spend 4 hours, I feel confident and filled with light, ready to love myself and my journey and inspire those along the way of my journey. Easily written out for you but thoroughly explained, I am excited to try these 30 steps this year and make the changes I have dreamed about, I will conquer my fears and radiate confidence. I highly recommend to anyone, even if you are not going through a hard time, this is a great tool for the new year to start on the right foot and bring light and joy into your life, thank you.

Change your life

30 easy to follow steps that are clearly explained (with great narration) to help you think better thoughts, feel better about yourself, manage stressful and frustrating situations and start on a journey to transform your life and dreams. I already practise a lot of the concepts outlined in this book, but will definitely use the frustration cycle and ensure I get out of that cycle quickly before a situation deteriorates. I’ll also check out what the best water is to drink. Overall - highly recommended. Regards Thashna.

Lifechanging!

You know, the simplicity with which the author has presented these 30-pointers caught me off, guard. When introduced to the book, I was prepared to just skim through it as I saw it as another book filled with fluff. However, I was hooked from the first page. As a guidance counselor, these are the same things I have tried to instill in my students daily. We all have it within us to change our mindset and be fulfilled and happy. The power is within, and when we start reaching inside for the butterfly within, we inspire others to do the same. These tips work! I have also started recommending this to co-workers and, family, and friends. It is a really well-researched work.

New Journey Ahead!

This book was just wanted to kick start the new year! It was filled with great tips on achieving self-mastery; This included taking the necessary steps to start this journey. With all my big dreams and goals in mind, it can be overwhelming to think of the future and figure out how I'll be able to achieve them all; however, this book has settled my mind and assisted me in taking the step-by-step process by breaking them into minor task until I reach it all. It also has a lot more valuable technique that has changed my thought process and made me more optimistic about life.

Make your life full of love and joy

If you are someone who is hopeless regarding increasing anxiety, depression, insecurities and don't know what to do, then this audiobook is your therapist! There's always a hope to change your life and this book boosts your will to achieve that goal to change your life. This audiobook does a nice job in explaining steps to achieve success, happiness, hope and love in every task of your life. I loved this audiobook and recommend this to anyone who is struggling with their life.

Perspective changing, this book is essential!

So far, it has helped me to connect with myself and understand my fears and the way my own mind operates...
Great work by the author. Without a doubt, we experience our minds running miles per hour with so many wondering, fear, anxiety, and insecurities. This is an excellent resource to learn how to release the control of the surroundings and let it be. It gave me tools to work on myself, and I appreciate this work. Much gratitude!

I couldn't stop listening

An amazing book. I couldn't stop listening to her. But in the next 30 days, I promise to listen to it step by step. This is exactly what I needed. Somehow life had stuck me in one place, and I felt dissatisfied with everyone and everything around me. I feel so free and strong right now. I can. It is so clearly explained every day in this 30 day course. And surely each subsequent step is better than the previous one. If you want me to tell you which part I liked the most - I can't. They are many. The first steps, or when you make I poster, or the declaration - I can't choose. I know that from today I am starting, and I will open this book every day. A great book. Useful audible on self-mastery

I was looking for something that was step based and worked towards gaining a better understanding of ones self. This audible had lots of information which provided great tips on how to become more self-aware, while being able to take positive actions along the way. The most useful chapter for me was about accountability - you really have to listen to that chapter to understand how powerful accountability can be. Highly recommended.

Very helpful for your mindset

Everyone has had a touch of worry or anxiety at one point or another. I found that this book gives some great tips/steps to help overcome these feelings of doubt. I'm looking forward to applying these steps to my daily life!

A LOT OF USEFUL INFORMATION

I have acquired knowledge of all the concepts and methods covered in this book throughout the years. I have learned what is now in one location after investing a lot of time and money. Through this book, the author has offered a straightforward and practical program that enables the reader to take advantage of all of these wonderful ideas in one location. This book is simple to relate to and can aid in actual change. If you need to make some changes in your life, whether it's to deal with everyday struggles, discouragement, or a lack of desire, or if you're older and want to focus on your mental health, family connections, or just add some interest and spark to your life, I highly recommend this!
