Super non-judgemental book if you think your child may have mental health issues or you want to ensure their mental well-being. Helpfully gives signs to look for of a disorder or condition as well as behaviour management skills. Found chapter 5 particularly good: advising of the types of therapies available and how to prepare your child for it.

So Helpful

As a teacher, I am required to take several professional development courses every year. Most of these are courses about school safety. The focus of this annual training requirement is on the students, and as a teacher, I have been trained to recognize the symptoms of abuse of a child. But, signs of loss of learning are often connected to other emotional issues. Youngsters' social stress and anxiety disorder are more widespread than the world knows.

The youngsters in your care may not simply be having rounds of stress and anxiety. Mental and emotional pains run more extensively than physical ones but are hardly visible. This book supplies easy-to-understand insights and recommended guidelines for your kid's psychological and emotional well-being. Parents and teachers need to be able to recognize the signs and the treatment for emotional disorders.

Do you have any knowledge about your child's symptoms? I highly recommend that you invest the time to listen to this audiobook.

A Must Read for Parents and Teachers.

Raising kids with high anxiety is definitely not an easy task as no one prepares you for that. Hence, books like these are super helpful to cultivate some tools to help your kids. I particularly liked this book because is super complete and comes packed with practical things you can try and it's delivered in a very positive way. I really liked that it's not an unilateral book, but it goes both ways: while you learn, you are also talking with your kids to explain what they are dealing with (which is not super common in these kind of books).

Super helpful!
