I have a couple of people around me with ADHD and it is true that the common answer of any doctor is to give medication (specially in western countries). I discovered this book when I was looking into alternatives and I must say that it was really eye opening. It gave a bit of hope. It's good to see the alternatives, I specially liked that the author gave very well explained examples of things one can do to, at least, give a try the non medication approach.

Eye opening !
