Summary

Despite being a young master of the Zearthorn sect, Neave is not a cultivator. And if he can have his way, he never will be.

Years of daily beatings, bullying, and abuse haven’t been enough to make him change his mind, and the ultimatum from his father won’t be either.

Forced to choose between an arranged marriage and a path of cultivation, Neave makes a third choice. In a desperate, last-ditch attempt, he enters a secret vault and encounters a treasure.

A book he should have never touched.

Trapped in a hellish time loop of death and suffering, he fights waves of demons in an impossible challenge of skill, creativity, and perseverance.

What will happen when he finally returns?

Oblivious to the apocalypse he had become.

Unaware of the horrors he had dragged outside.

Good story, easy to get into the book

The main character reminded me of morty from rick and North and the voice actors voice was similar. It's a dark concept with some good dark humour thrown in but kept to a minimum, a very good balance.

Morty sounding Voice

Good so far, but only on chapter 5. The only thing i cant Get past is that the mc sounds like morty when he speaks
out loud

You have my attention.

I’m not good at putting up fully detailed reviews like some people are on this site.
But I can certainly recommend this to anyone who wants an actual good cultivar book to listen to.
I wouldn’t say the characters are perfect, but they fit the role and feel really well written.
The story is good and gives you all you need to understand the world around the characters. But I feel that just a little bit more could be done to make it feel alive (Except the loop, that was superb).

MASTERPIECE

love the world within this book. and the mc's daily struggles and improvements are fantastic. after finisheling book 1. couldnt help but continue on and finish 2 and 3. have to say. tears came to my eyes near the end of book 3. havent felt so much emotion while reading. crazy good story. the difference between book 1, 2 and 3 is crazy. the complexity of the worlds and the level of detail which has been implemented is just amazing. love that his disciples have taken the slow path to true strength. the battles which will come in book 4 will be crazy good. gonna miss xurbon in book 4.

Dragging it out

Poor perfomance, screechy voice and some of the people have *very* annoying voices. The story likes dragging it out, detailed description of 20 enemies and then kill all of them for example.
