Fresh experience
Firstly, I would like to introduce myself here. I am a professional Cricket Player. The dream of my life is to win a Cricket World Cup for my nation. So, all my quest is to become a champion athlete to pursue my goal and I was here to learn more of my mind and the training it needs to reach my goal. After completing this course or workshop I came to know that, I am already a champion. All I need to do is to keep updating my mental engine composed of these tools succeed at winning like Ancient Greek Olympic Athlete, organize and optimize health and fitness lifestyle, desire focus Conscious thoughts, sub conscious thought, self Image every single day in order to become the ultimate champion and win a world cup to my country. Find a greater purpose.
Well lengthy (7 hrs and 33 mins to be exact) and to the point all the time. Same as Think like a Ancient Greek, I took a lot of great points out to live by and incorporate in my daily life. Very happy about both books to be honest ("Peak Performance: 3 Book Bundle" is also a great series of book motivation as well in the past). I reflect on these points daily as I head to work.

Epic Rios Incredible Series !!!
Forget the Sports Psychology book of others, if you want to be motivated to change your life, change your mind, PLEASE LISTEN Mr. Epic's books both are great, but my personal favorites is ""Sports Psychology for Athletes 2.0"" but "Sports Psychology for Athletes- Think Like a Champion and Train Like a Warrior" is also great. So it better if you guys have both ;)

Great motivation!
I am really enjoying this book. It is easy to understand, I love the podcast, and I can pick the book up at any chapter and get some motivation to move forward to achieve my goals. It is a great book to help me stay motivated and in control of my sport destiny. It inspires me to live up to my own standards and that is what I appreciate most about it. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone looking to gain motivation and create more momentum toward goal achievement.

This book is written by Epic Rios who is a successfull author book called BODYBUILDING: How to Build the Body of a Greek God, MENTAL TOUGHNESS: Mental Training For Strength And Fitness, STRENGTH TRAINING: The Best Tips and Strategies to Getting Stronger and many more. It is narrated as a grandfather to his grandchildren in an attempt to share gritty old school wisdom from his generation. The narrator has given his full effort to make learners happy at the end. It is written in contrast to the modern day politically correct, coddling, emotional, and victimhood mentality of the modern Western world in many cases.

Avoid the negative.
As a Sport Psychology major at National University (earning my BA in Sport Psychology on July 2017) this book is a godsend. Really easy to understand. Great source material here for your papers. And is basically a great introduction/deepth review to the field of Sport Psychology. Pick this up if you are studying Sport Psychology, or any other form of Psychology and/or Kinesiology. Great for Students, Athletes and anyone trying to expand their minds. A+

Epic's courses really do ooze both knowledge and enthusiasm. To anyone wanting to change careers like me they are an affordable and efficient way to learn new skills. I would never have been able to retrain as a counsellor if it wasn't for these courses. On top of which there are the training manuals - the meat to cover the bones of the lectures - which to be honest are worth the money on their own.

Excellent AudioBook! This is exactly what I needed. All of the mental tools broken down so simple & eloquent. Thanks Rios for making this course. I feel it is the missing ingredient for this course. The author share well tips it's very effective for understanding Sports Psychology. I listen this AudioBook all of the 7 hours I can know lots of things. It simplifies the most important aspects of keeping a healthy mindset while participating in sports, and it is very well narrated by W.Bahl. I recommend this book to everyone who is involved in sports because I feel that only positive outcomes can arise from listening this. If you are looking to up your game in life, this course is essential for the path of Champion, World Class, GOAT, etc.

Embrace your struggle.
I’m big fan of Dota since the beginning, I had a lot of brilliant teammates. I always thought in the first days as pro player that only raw effort decides who will win on the tournaments. After several years, I figured out that strong mental state sometimes more important than the number of games played during the boot camp.
Last week, I found some time to listen this audible and this is exactly what I was talking about: how to build up the positive mindset.

I like the delivery of the course and it's contents. It's really outstanding book. I also enjoy the Lecturer's contagious energy and enthusiasm. It's also very easy to identify with, assimilate and internalise the subject material in real life to be one's Ultimate Version of a Champion from a Rookie!

wisdom and life lessons
Lots of beneficial information in this audio book. It was a fun listen and it had some memorable takeaways. This book really expands on grit as not only perseverance - but how it's really perseverance combined with several other principles. I enjoyed how the book was structured as letters of wisdom and life lessons. It made it much more interesting.

Good rules for life.
Not a sports fan but the rules apply to ALL of what we encounter in life. Here we will get to know important intermittent fasting schedules and methods as well as tips and strategies for effectively burning fat while we train. APPLY the rules, then expect success.

Keep moving forward.
I was blown away by this audible. Although the principles are framed within an esports context, the lessons learnt can really be applied to all of life. I loved fourth section of this book, where included "Optimize Your Health". Overall I highly recommend this book, would even go so far as to say it will transform your whole outlook if you follow it.

Should listen at least once
My Sounds chiropractor recommended this book to him when he was out of lacrosse with an injury. It is a really good audio book that everyone should listen at least once in their life.

Useful tips and strategies
The course is well structured, great tips on avoiding injuries as well as useful tips and strategies for developing and maintaining discipline with your eating habits. I loved it, would definitely recommend it to my friends.
