Not only is this book super enjoyable and well-narrated, I'm convinced that all young athletes need this audiobook. It would be easy to listen to as you're going from place to place, or even working out. I think many people don't realize how hard it actually is mentally to shoot for being the best in this area. Since the mind and the body are so interconnected, it will make all the difference. Listening to this book will help you take care of the mental side and experiences of your athletic journey, but you'll also learn about how stress affects the body and strategies to help. There were many examples of real athletes that used the information taught in this book to succeed and overcome. Highly recommend.

Thank you! This was what I was missing. I am not professionally trained or a competitor in any way but I really wanted to know how the pros got to where they are. I'm not aiming for the Olympics at any point but I now know how to find my inner athlete and kick its butt into gear!

This book was great! I am athlete myself and this book really mentions so many tips and facts about the metal health of athletes, there was some things that I had even no idea and it was incredibly helpful and interested to hear! If you are an athlete of any sports you really need to get this book. It will be extremely helpful and will help you on the long run in your sports career! Great job

Mental strength and stamina is just as important as physical strength and stamina, if not more. 100% more if you're an athlete. This audiobook is a great guide to keep your headspace powerful and balanced before, during, and after performance. I'd definitely recommend it to all people who like sports and fitness and building their body health and strength at all levels! Great audiobook.

Being involved in youth coaching I found this book to be incredibly beneficial. It gives a great insight and it’s definitely helped me have a much better understanding of the kids I coach.
I got this book to give me ideas and inspiration to get the best out of the kids, while making sure they always love sport for what it is. There’s plenty I’m going to start implementing in my training session’s, especially around mental health. Let’s make sure the kids are enthusiastic, passionate and have fun.
