I especially loved how the book

I especially loved how the book touches on specific areas to help develop discipline and after each chapter, the author reviews the main take-always. The tips are very realistic and worth trying out. I have improved my self-discipline so much since reading this book. Even when I feel like putting off things like, exercising, I do not put it off anymore.

I was very satisfied when I purchased this book.

I was very satisfied when I purchased this book. This book not only explained this phenomenon but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible.
