Self Advertisement Magic - Unabridged Version
Despite going through over 100 audio books so far on Audiable, this is my first written review. Why? I have been particularity annoyed by the self serving bias of the author and constant reference to his mastermind business. The core method presented is to search the market for sellers willing to sell at least 25% below the property value, fix, lease, remortgage and move on with several options. Could have been well explained in under an hour, two hours including several case studies. Information does provide some value but painfully extended, last 40 minutes is a pure advertisement barage of author's websites, seminars, services and other titles. I enjoyed a case study describing a pair of investors "ethically" convincing an elderly lady with health issues to sell her house worth 160k to them for 80k in order to downsize. Apparently good rapport was the key. My recommendation is not to spend your credit on a product placement.

A must buy for anyone interested in property
A full 5 stars great book and narrated by Simon himself. Some great nuggets of gold shared here for you to learn and explained in an easy to digest way. I purchased the paperback last year and the audible new version this year I find them extremely helpful. Thanks you Katie

ever been to one of those free seminars that turn into a sales pitch? imagine it in book form.

Very informative book
I learnt a lot from this book. Everything is explained and spoken clearly and the examples and case studies are very helpful. I will, as advised by author, read this book again after sometime. It has given very practical advice and there is that for people in any financial circumstances

Great content, terrible narration
This is a really informative book about how to invest in property. Excellent content, tips and examples. Just wish the writer had not also been the reader. Irritating repetitive intonation all the way through.

A must read before attending a PIN meeting
As a member of the property investment network (PIN) I was advised to read this book prior to attending a meeting, and this is something I always hear other attendees mention too, “I wish I had read the book first” because this really helps clarify your thoughts and help plan the journey ahead, and with the wealth of information available at the meetings, it can become overwhelming.. unfortunately I didn’t have time to read the book, so I let Simon Zutchi read it to me, in his words and tone using audible. I was able to complete this book on a return journey whilst driving. A great way to invest my time too :)
