Comprehensive and to the point with great examples
The perfect book for a new property investor. Fantastically written and narrated and full of great information and advice. Will probably listen to it again within the year to go over the information as it's so good.

The best prize I could have hoped for
I entered a competition a few weeks back, and one of the prizes was a promotion label for a free copy of this book.
I am so glad I came in 2nd and not first since (for some reason) this was included in my bundle and not the top prize.
It is a fantastic book from start to finish. I have learned so much from reading this book.
I have been toying with the idea on and off but now feel that I have some clarity on what I need to do.
Like he says all the way through the book, it's the little steps I need to take to make this happen.

It's a must-read.
As a newbie, I thought this book was a game-changer as it offered me practical wisdom that can transform my journey in property investment..

The complete package
Having read David’s previous books and the writings of Simon Zutshi, Rob Moore and all the other mainstream experts I can honestly say this is in my top three and is a must for all aspiring property investors. What I like most is that it goes into the more practical and tangible aspects that others gloss over but without going into too much detail. Truly amazing, thanks David

JUST WOW
I knew this book was coming out since I follow the company on FB
I have been investing for around 4 years now and used the 123 on Property to help me get started.
This book is a breath of fresh air.
I am totally blown away by the level of detail in the book.
I listened to it in 3 sittings. It is long but WELL WORTH the time investment.
