healthy book

Great! The book is a very good one, it contains recipes which made my breakfast various. I can eat something new, tasty and healthy everyday. I recommend this book.

Amazing

I truly delighted in this book. The data (particularly the simple to take after dinner designs) was effortlessly displayed and influenced me to feel that influencing the jump to veggie lover to eating was a probability.

This book is mind blowing. It just blow my mind away. The authors effort highly reflected in every portion of it. Before reading this one i thought it was an average book but after reading this now i can say that its an extraordinary one. Just fall in love with this book.

This book is super easy to follow and has delicious recipes. There is lots of information. I would recommend this to anyone that was making this a life long diet or even just a cleanse.

Yummy sounding recipes!

This audiobook provides meal plans, recipes, and what you should have in your pantry, freezer, and refrigerator. Having an idea of what to stock up on before starting a diet is very helpful. There are lots of yummy sounding recipes and this will be one of my new go to books.

Enjoyed each recipe I have made from this book.

Excellent recipes! I have been eating a plant based diet for almost two years, although my husband does occasionally eat meat. We have both enjoyed each recipe I have made from this book. Most of the recipes require a fair amount of prep time in the kitchen, however the ingredients used are basic and easy to find in my local grocery store.

The recipes in this book are amazing.

I have always been such a big meat eater and lately I have wanted to cut back. I thought it was going to be difficult but the recipes in this book are amazing. I can honestly say that I’m surprised at myself for sticking to it.

expanded my source of recipes

These recipes look simple and delicious, and I couldn't believe it when I opened the book and discovered that I was excited to try every recipe in there! I’ve been doing plant based eating for a while and this expanded my source of recipes. Found out something new about eating beans that keeps the flatulence away. Prime information.

A great source of inspiration.

This audiobook is fabulous if you are trying out the vegan lifestyle. The recipes are simple, quick, and look beautiful. My kids even have tried out a few. It’s a great source of inspiration for making up your own dishes too!

This audiobook is a life saver!

It's difficult to find a structure that works when trying to eat healthier, especially as a vegan. This audiobook is a lifesaver and has added some variety into my diet. I also learned some new and helpful overall health information. I'm happy I stumbled across such a magnificent find.

Enjoyed every recipe I made so far!

A plant-based diet is a special diet that focuses around foods derived from plant sources. This can include fruit, vegetables, grains, pulses, legumes, nuts and meat substitutes such as soy products. I have enjoyed every recipe I made so far! I was able to find many recipes that the entire family can eat, even picky eaters!

I love this audible cookbook.

Awesome book! I love this audible cookbook. I am trying to cook healthier for my family and this book is amazing! My very picky 16 year old even admits that the recipes are good and he was very resistant to eating "diet" food. So this audiobook was very helpful in describing exactly what a "plant based" diet really is, and the benefits.
