Great book, would recommend

A great business book about comany culture. Provides a clear roadmap for companies to build a culture/ organization where decisionmaking is hihgly dispersed around the company. Even if this kind of organization/ culture is not suitable for every company, understanding the concepts explained in this book is large benefit for any manager.

Excellent book - Strongly recommend

This is an excellent book. I really enjoyed it and learnt important things from it. All the entrepreneurs, executives and managers need to read this book and need to put the some of lessons from this book in the practice to achieve great results. Great story regarding Netflix success and It's work culture. Great to hear this book on Amazon audible. I strongly recommend to read. There is a lot to learn.

Practical, specific and with clear caveats

Loved the clear detailing of org choices with the examples and conditions on when to consider what. Narration by co-authors made the audiobook a joy to listen to. And the appended PDF was perfect to make the last chapter real and meaningful. Definitely a book I'd recommend to someone in the creative economy - at any level of the organization.

Good read

Boring and repetitive

The book dragged on for hours, for what could be summarized in a 15 min youtube video, or shorter. The writing wasn't even entertaining, to endure the length.
