Worst production on Audible

Wow, where to start? The book content is fine. There’s stuff to learn here and it is presented clearly. However the audio narration is the worst ever. The narrator is reading what is essentially PowerPoint slides and bullet points in a monotone voice. Mistakes are made and not edited out so you hear him go back and try again! It’s terrible in every way. Probably a good book to read, but hideous on Audible. Avoid!

The CBT & Anger Management gave a decent overview but no actually tools. The Mental Toughness book spent so long on talking about superheroes but nothing on mental toughness? The odd impressions were incredibly distracting.

What I love about this book

What I love about this book is just that it gives a strong motivation to everyone to refocus on themselves. To free themselves from anxiety, depression and impertinent thoughts. Listening this helped me to release the emotions I've kept inside me for a long time now. I am very thankful that I got to listen this book. So we have to use it wisely, to make us a better version of ourselves. This book is highly recommended to everyone most especially to those who are having a hard time managing your thoughts and feelings.

How far you go in life and your level of success is determined by your mental toughness,Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.The author of this book provides many opportunities and ways for you to develop the mental toughness that you need to be among the 5% that become champions. It is an easy listen , but it takes more than listening to become mentally tough, you have to do the thing to have it. I strongly recommend this book to anybody who wants to win big in life.

Get a Narrator that can speak Proper English!

This book was horrible from the beginning. The narrator cannot pronounce simple words properly. During the entire book, I was so distracted by the improper pronunciation that the message was completely lost. His rhythm is herkie-jerky and he has no presence to get the message across. I can usually look past such trivial things but this is the worst narration I have ever heard! Secondly, this is supposed to be a book on mental toughness and winning at life. But the Author chooses (as one of his main characters) to quote a person who is known to have been one of the most successful cheaters in the history of sports! And the narrator can't even pronounce his name correctly to boot!!! I was only able to make it about 20% through the book due to this, which I am very sorry to admit. I just simply could not take it anymore. Unless you are a diehard Patriots fan or someone from the Appalachian, DO NOT BUY THIS AUDIO BOOK. It is a waste of time and money.
