Great Book.

Teenagers may learn how to handle responsibilities and develop a strong and healthy mentality by reading this book, which is packed with helpful advice that is easy to implement and provides a wealth of information. These sections provide information on everything relevant to personal health, to relationships. A great listen to provide to young individuals who are still trying to figure out their lives. This book covers everything you need to know about teens in a way that is easy to understand and clear, and it does so in a way that enables teens and young adults to be prepared for responsibilities, and personal independence, how to stay healthy, and how to deal with their emotional intelligence as they progress through life. It is very recommended that you provide your kid with the education they need to be successful.

Every young adult needs this book

Half way through this book, I started wishing I had had it a couple of years back. It simplifies things I have had to learn the hard way. You get to learn about being kind to your body, how to take care of your health and some rules to bear in mind in every relationship. There are tips for good decision making and information about time management. I highly recommend this book.

Top Stuff

I got this book for my 16 year old and directed him directly to the sleep chapter 4 as he thinks he is the eternal party night owl in the hope it would open his eyes. Sleep for me is one of the most underrated things us humans do. This chapter explains the many disadvantages and dangers of not having enough sleep (i.e. Bad moods, car crashes). Another classic topic is covered here that frustrates the life out me is the use of social media and electronic devices (the source of many arguments in my home). The book teaches how manners are important and to be mindful that different cultures view specific behaviors differently. It's a very detailed book and its some of the best narration I have ever heard on this platform

Crucial for the Health of Growing Teens

If you have teens, you need this book! It is perfect for my 14 year-old step-daughter. There are a lot of skills we teach our kids, but well-being and health are not usually covered as thoroughly as they should be. I love the chapter titled "Relationship Rules" because this is the age that they are really developing relationships on their own and friends are becoming the most important thing in their lives. I believe strongly in self-care as a foundation for the quality of your life and learning this at a young age is so helpful. I definitely recommend this book for anyone who has a teen or young adult in their life!
