We all suffer from burnout at some point in our lives. This book gives some great strategies to avoid letting this take over and focus on avoiding mistakes that lead to burnout. This book has really helped me to focus on my strengths and my passions and block out any noise or distractions that are no good for me.

I have experienced multiple stages of burnout in my jobs over the years and I just gritted through it and even at times changed my job because of it. I loved the strategies provided in this book to actually overcome burnout in your current workplace, plus the real-world examples the author provides of known people experiencing burnout and their solutions to it. Essential for all working adults.

I wish I had this content earlier in my life. As I work in hospitality, obviously with people, long hours long days extremely hard shifts during the weeks, sometimes 70 -80 hours a week, I went through burnouts during my career.

If I had this amazing content and knowledge earlier for sure I would have manage myself or my mind and my body to stay healthy and not cause myself so much damage. I learned from my mistakes and now learned aa lot from this audiobook to be better and how to no affect my personal life with the work pressure and stress...

A definitely recommended book for whoever feels exhausted because of their work.

This audiobook was amazing. Realistically not everyone can afford to leave their job, or at least not straight away, and this book is packed with tips that are actually practical and applicable in real life to recover from burnout AND to prevent it from happening in small ways on the daily. Will be coming back to this book a lot. Definitely recommended.
