    Yes the book is motivating... Until you reach the "Pliability" exercise... Then it is all downhill from there. Thanks Tom, but this book has a very limited audience... and feel your book is over hyped. Sorry. But I am still a TB fan.

    Once you get pass the occasion TB12 infomercial this is a solid book. He gives you good advice on optimizing your health and workout habits that will be substantiable through the aging process.

    "Not what I expected, but still great."

    The audiobook keeps refering to a PDF file that contains the exercises and the menus. I too couldn't find it at first, but finally I did. For all those looking for the PDF file, go to your Audible Library on your browser, look for this book, and you will find a link that sends you to the pdf file.

    "A different approach to fitness"

    Being a fitness nut myself I have listened to, watched and tried a lot of methods so after a while you get a feeling of what is right and what is wrong. The TB12 book ticks all of my "sounds right" and "makes sense" boxes, so I really encourage you to give it a try.

    I have made a long list of things I want to try out from the TB12 method and while not all advice will find their way in my daily routines, a lot of Tom's advice is going to change what I do on a daily basis.

    "A wealthy man's method"

    Without a personal, dedicated trainer, a personal nutritionalist/dietician and unlimited funds, the TB12 Method is hardly scalable to the 'average' individual. Nice in theory, but pliability, as outline by Tom and friends, is an almost impossible lifestyle.
