Life Changing

INSPIRING

The book and audio has inspired me to look after my gut by practicing what I listened to.
I have been doing my fasting for the last two weeks and I have felt a tremendous change in my digestive system and also how I feel generally. I have energy, and I feel light. I can now control when to eat and what to eat. I have also learnt a lot about the function of the digestive system.
this is a must listen to audio or a good read.

Educational

I learned a lot by listening to this audible, about all the different problems your gut can cause and why. How fasting can have a big effect not only on your gut but your weight as well. It was easy to listen to and understand. I have listened to it twice now as I always find myself drifting off. I would even listen to it again.
