For many years I struggled with overeating, attempting to self-soothe and manage my emotions through food compensation. Although I was very active, I knew how destructive emotional eating was, and yet it was so difficult to get this unhealthy habit under control. Instead of a diet quick fix, this book is wonderful as it provides useful advice to put overeating into perspective, allowing us to target the symptoms causing this behavior and offering tools to overcome temptation and reframe your mindset to get this under control.

Well, that book is definitely talking about me. In this life we face a lot of ups and downs and try our best to make some balance, but it does not always going well!. As a Coach, I know the princilpes of how to control your life and how to let go as part of that control. The let go technique is really helpful. If we try this with our emations and control them, we will end up losing control of everything by finding other alternatives. Love this book, very helpful.

I will often eat when I’m feeling down and realise this is not a good relationship to have with food. This book does a great job of explaining the psychology behind emotional eating and how we can overcome this using the LET GO method.
This book will help you to change your thoughts around emotional eating and help you get a good relationship back with food
