Three outstanding meditations

This bundle contains three excellen meditations: - A 60 minute whole body awareness meditation for sleep (chapter 3) - A 30 minute relatikns, stress reduction meditation (chapter 6) - A 30 minute breathung mediation for sleep (chapter 6) The narrators voice is excellent, even toned, and practiced. The music is soothing and subtle. If using for sleep be sure to set your sleep timer to 'end of chapter' as the credits and intro tracks can be jarring coming out if a meditation. By far the best set of meditations I have.

gets me to bed every night

I have a lot of mental health issues and struggle with sleeping. chapter 3 is my best friend. the body scan and positive statements are so helpful. I recommend this to everyone. the narrator's voice is really soothing as well.

I have listened to my audio Bible every single night since I bought it. I really enjoy listening to it and would be lost without it.
