needs to be longer

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a good book but needs to be a little longer. You just start to relax and it finishes. If it was longer I would recommend it, the narrator is soothing and it is quite tranquil to listen to. Apart from that I don't really have much else to say about it.

relaxing, but not structured

This is pretty relaxing, but it is not very structured. There is not much direction to the listener as you go through the tracks. For example there is no real introduction where the listener is given suggestions for relaxing and entering the meditative state, ie breathing and such.
