After 18 miserable months of failure, and a loss of trust and confidence, thank you so much for being a huge part of my recovery. Listening to, and reading GRAVITAS has been immensely useful in helping to rebuild confidence and to find my way through a difficult time.
In particular, having lost my sense of self, I have struggled to be able to present myself honestly and with integrity. This has particularly impacted on job interviews and professional meetings.
Thanks to you, I have been able to learn and really adopt the Gravitas equation because at last I could understand why knowledge alone was not enough. Last week I was successful and have started a new position in which I am able to build and grow.

I've actually listened to this book twice, and the first time I reviewed it I gave it 4 stars, although I couldn't articulate why it wasnt 5 stars. Having listened again, I'd definitely put it up there, comparable with other books in this self mastery genre I love, like Matthew Syeds books, and Amy Cuddy's Presence.
Goyder has a really lovely manner about her on the tape, very listen able. To be honest. it would be a hard sell if the person presenting "Gravitas" didn't resonate, but to be fair she manages the flow and pitch perfectly, and it's an enjoyable listen.
Like so many of these books I have to stop and start, to capture and write down key concepts that really interest me so I don't forget them. There are lots of tangible takeaways in this book which is great, and I have used some of the approaches from this book, alongside approaches from other books like "Presence", to help my private clients become more confident and take control of their lives.
Overall, a great listen, really nicely narrated, and would recommend to both those looking to build skills, and seasoned pro's to enhance their toolboxes.

Touching on difficult subjects normally difficult to grasp. Although Informative in the right way, clear and concise with excellent examples and the narrator is not a robot, she actually sounds quite sexy. Brilliant prose, thank you for sharing your wise knowledge ! Xx

I bought the book on sale, interested on the title but don't expect much as I don't get recommendation on this book. Today i got the time to listen to it, I'm astounded. it is really good, amazingly good.

The book is very perceptive, very clear, very intriguing. I gone though it with so much excitement. I like the books from John Maxwell regarding leadership, and this book is great complement to that.
