thank you

I always thought I had a firm grasp on my emotions but reading Steven Turner's book really opened my eyes. I have come to realize that my emotions are not in check as much as I thought they were, and the emotional intelligence that I do have is limited. If I don't continue to exercise my emotional intelligence muscle, it will begin to atrophy.

knowledgeable book

There are a lot of details to our emotions and emotional interactions, so I appreciate Steven’s approach to providing guidelines and principles instead of rules. His use of examples that actually happened are great illustrations of what it means to be emotionally intelligent.

. Love, Love

This book offers tips and insight on how to handle emotionally charged discussions with more success. After each emotionally charged conversation, it is helpful to refer back to the book to gather more insight on why you reacted that way and how you can change your behavior next time. Applying EQ takes practice, but the end result is worth it.
