Very nice listening to it

I have been struggling with emotions a lot In the last few months of last year, so decided to focus on myself and give this audio a go. The book has nice ideas and tips, I enjoyed listening to it, and will try to put in practice what I have learned. Reccomended, as easy to Follow.

Great this audio book.

A lot in this audio book might seem overly basic to people. However, if you feel like you struggle with the basics of social interactions, as many of us do, this audio book is a great guide.
