Valuable content for everyone!

Anger is a human emotion that we all possess. It can show itself in an uncontrollable fit of rage, or maybe just a critical look. In any case, it's important to be able to control that anger so it doesn't control us. The author does an amazing job l discussing every aspect of this subject. I was especially drawn to the section on manipulation, what it is, and how it triggers anger. I also wrote down some useful anger management strategies that can easily be implemented into our daily lives. Great book! Great listen! 5 stars!

The author did a good job in putting this audiobook together. I learnt so much about anger and ways on how to control and manage it. The audiobook also explores developing better communication skills and being more mindful and self aware. Found the bonus chapter really useful too!

Nicely put together

I'm thoroughly impressed with this audiobook, as the author not only provides practical steps for relaxation but also guides listeners in becoming more self-aware of their communication habits and interactions with others, including the words they use and how they express themselves. These would be important in dealing with anger management.

Great book on the psychology of anger

Wisely Managing Anger is an extremely thorough book geared towards helping us to understand and control our angry outbursts and emotions. A critical thing that I learned from this book is that many times other people are manipulating us to set off our anger and get a certain type of response from us, and I have never thought of it this way. I think this book can also help you be a better listener and communicator and just better at understanding people. I highly recommend this book.

Practical advice clearly delivered.

An Empowering Text

I have always maintained that we lose a lot in life because of our inability to control our anger. This book explains vividly how anger, especially when caused by manipulation, affects the person physically and emotionally.

The audiobook presents practical techniques that you can use to regain your power and self-control, freeing yourself from the influence and triggers of those who spark your anger. I am particularly impacted by the chapter titled: Setting Boundaries. The techniques for setting and maintaining boundaries are especially powerful. This section really challenged me but I feel I have learned a lot and am more confident to say no and take action going forward.

If you feel you need to control your anger, establish and maintain boundaries, or become more assertive this is the book for you.

What a great listen

This audiobook is well worth it. The book provides great practical tipa for how to relax and also has great knowledge on becoming more aware of how to buuld communication habits and how to interac with others. I also shows how to express yourself and what kind of words to use. Its a great listen i would definitely recommend it.

my niece is very happy with what this book has done to her

I bought this book for my niece as we share account. She finds this book incredibly helpful! The advice and techniques offered in this book allowed her to react positively to challenging situations and manage her emotions gracefully as a whole.
